Reporting Tables PLU Cost

A self hosted customer is trying to report on the PLU costs through the reporting tables. This is not currently possible (only through dailysales_plucost) as the data
is not stored in a reporting_ table. The customer would like a PLU cost column
added to the Reporting_PLUs_Fact Table or a Reporting_PLUCost table to be added. Original AHA ref SLK-I-568
