Creating Table Plans via the Edit Table Plan function

Currently, the Table Plan function only allows editing existing plans. To add a new plan, customers must use the program mode, which is not accessible to them. Ideally, the edit table plan function should also allow customers to add new plans.

TL;DR

Add the ability to Add and Edit the Table Plans in EPOS Manager and have them sync correctly with the EPOS terminals.
