Restrict Delivery Notes

Can we have a user role created, where users can CONFIRM an EDI delivery note,
once Confirmed, the delivery note should become "Locked" so it can not be amended again. Unless you have the user flag to allow you to amend "locked" delivery notes.


This then forces the site to ensure their first check of the delivery note is accurate and will stop our restaurants from approving a delivery note then amending it to manipulate their stock levels on a Monday.


It is also currently causing havoc with our EDI systems, as we are not having Requests for Credit (RFCs) generated on the later GRN (Goods recieved note) which is the most accurate.

RFCs are only generated on the initial GRN sent from EPOS Manager which is mostly turning out to be incorrect.
