Collins integration - keep a walk in booking open on Collins after the have paid in person

Hi there,

One of our pubs has had an issue with walk in bookings on busy days. When there is a walk in table, the team will add this to the till which then generate the walk-in table on the Collins diary. However once the guest has paid on the till, the walk-in booking on the till automatically finish and clears the booking on Collins diary. This then allows another enquiry to book for the same table even though the original walk-in booking is still sat there which is affecting service hugely.

Can we remove this feature and allow the team to close the walk-in booking manually once they have left the table.
