Access Hospitality - Ideas Portal

Help us shape the future of our products by submitting your own ideas and reviewing ideas submitted by other users. If you see an idea you like, feel free to vote it up and add any comments that you feel would be beneficial.
This is a collaborative community, so please join in, contribute your innovative ideas and help our product teams to shape their roadmaps and future product development.

Our teams will review the ideas which have received the most votes on a regular basis, meaning that not all ideas will receive updates. When an idea has received enough votes, the status will be updated to 'Under Review' and then a decision made.

Option to define which Collins status is set when a table pays

Currently when a table fully pays and is closed on EPoS, this updates the Collins status to Left, freeing this table up for another party. However tables don't always leave immediately. When we are busy this has caused a back up.

Instead, could the status of a paid and closed table be user defined? With the option to keep it as is, or to map it to a Collins status of your choice.

In our case, we would create a new Collins status, 'Paid', which would provide the host a view as to what tables might be coming up. Then our team would manually change the status to Left once the table has actually left and it's been turned around and is ready for another party.
