Open Tracks

Open tracks cause multiple issues and whilst being company procedure to not have any, they still happen.
I'd like all open tracks to be cashed off as part of the new day.
So tills reboot C.6/7am - any open track to be cashed off as 'cash' and cash rec is impacted.
then files that feed out of EPOS into other systems will have the correct information on them.

    This is really impactful to our business, and while I understand you're not willing to move open tracks to cash, they could be moved to another media / refunded / voided from the system.

    Open tracks impact, Stock, VAT, sage intacct and causes continual problems

    I need an automated process in the system to help us grow as a business rather than spending numerous hours weekly fixing issues because a site manager has not done their job.

    please can you re review this idea as I surely cannot be the only customer that struggles with this area
