Live Sales Data and Enhancing User experience

With a previous provider, NCR Pulse, we were able to see live sales data as and when the sales were being made and it was also able to drill down into the table items ordered. Users would be able to see how each sites are performing and react in real-time to make adjustments as and when they are needed. Full table and clerk information would be available to help investigate any issues they may have occurred whilst also giving LFL sales from the previous week and the YOY sales for comparison. This would help give operators a snapshot into their businesses .

    Hi,

    Thank you for your inquiry. Here's an update on our reporting capabilities and an opportunity for your involvement:

    1. Current reporting (We will request the support team give you a call to discuss this):

      • The "Daily Ops" report is live and accessible

      • It provides drill-down functionality to transaction-level data

    2. Ongoing improvements:

      • We're enhancing UI/UX

      • A new dashboard is in development for improved data visualisation and contextualisation of data
