Integrate covers number edits between EPOS and Collins

When opening a Collins reservation on the pos, the pos pulls the covers number from Collins.

If the covers are later changed on either system, that change does not push to the other system - so to ensure accurate reporting the team have to remember to change the covers on both systems, which just doesn't happen in practice.

Could updating the covers on one system update the covers on the other system as well?

Ideally it would work both ways, but even one way would be a massive improvement, staff could them be trained that covers updates have to always be made on EPOS/Collins.

    Thank you for this suggestion, we will add this to a list of enhancements we are reviewing as part of a wider piece of work being scoped to improve the integration between EPOS and Collins.
