Dear Development team. I would like to out forwards a suggestion for reports available on POS manager . Currently almost all report are preset and summarize data/transaction recorded by team. However very often it helps to look into individual transactions e.g.

*Voids, it is helpful to analyse in detail what team members have voided on a day seeing items and summering them on spreadsheets provides more understanding on how voids can impact food and beverage cost of sales

*Items sold/zread breakdown with order numbers, mapping to rezlynx(PMS), descriptions allows to reconcile daily revenues and billing ensuring correct payments taken and sales reported

    Dear Guest,


    I am also looking for a similar report, a detailed transaction list showing Date/time, user, plu, table no., etc.

    We are looking into the posted adjustments and when/where/who is doing the discounts, but all the current reports just summarise the information without the option to drill down.

    Was the Daily Ops Report able to provide this? I am currently trying to locate it...

    Even though the status of this post is "Already exists" I can't see any other topics discussing this issue.
