Multiple tracks per table

Ability to open multiple tracks per table to allow more effective splitting of bills e.g. separate food and beverage tabs.

This would be particularly useful with DBB packages as currently difficult to treat multiple reservations (different rooms) dining at the same table. If all charged back to one room the food is not absorbed into package in Guestline correctly. If bill is split the breakdown of food and beverage not correct. If we could keep the guests on separate tabs on the same table allows for more segregation of billing

    Regarding the Guestline absorption, we can confirm that this feature is functioning correctly. To ensure everything is set up properly on your end, we'll be contacting Guestline support to verify your package setup and revenue mapping.

    As for the request to split food and drink items, we think this is a good idea! We've added it as a specific idea for customers to vote on. Your input is invaluable in helping us improve our service.
