Labour costs to be real time

Our Business Sheet and POS Batch Reports both use the LABOURHOURS and LABOURCOST data fields.

The Labour Hours populates in real time, if someone has clocked in at 11:00 and it's now 14:00, they will be contributing 3 hours to the Labour Hours total.

However, the Labour Cost is only added once the team memeber has clocked out. This means that at any given time throughout the day, the Labour Cost value is lowerer than its true value. We only know if we've hit the labour target for the day once everyone has finished and clocked out, by which point there is nothing to be done about it.
