The entry box that pops up when entering a walk in, should be tweaked.
Covers entry box and button to be more prominent. larger etc. Multiple customers have reported that this is not clear and staff miss this entry.
Would it be possible to add further tweaks, so the walk in popup can be just a cover entry box, trigger in Global Flags probably, as not all customers want to enter customer name for walk ins.....
