Expose Position of Menus, Courses and Dishes via Menu API

We want to to get the sequence of dishes, course and menus via the current Menu API for our 3rd party.

    Hi . When using the TenKites system, menu items are displayed in order of ID number rather than alphabetical order which would be so much clearer for the user. Would it be possible to change this so that they are in alphabetical order?

    This is very important to us because our menus are not displayed to our customers alphabetically, but rather in the order created in Procurewizard. Therefore, an urgent fix is necessary.

    This is a very important small enhancement when using PW as menu manager when syndicating menu information to other systems (e.g printing, alllergen systems, brand's own e-commerce sites etc) it is essential to be able to share all the information, including the menu build sequence, which is always deliberate and important.
