Accurately Cost menus

We spend a lot of time creating menus to say what products we want from what supplier so we can see what our GP is for a menu item. We say what supplier we want as the quality may be better or delivery etc irregardless of price. We spend time doing this so we can see our GP based on our purchases. However, I am now told that you only use cheapest option available for that PID irregardless of what supplier we say we want to use. This now means that if our choosen supplier changes prices this is not always updating our dish GP as you are defaulting back to cheapest supplier to state the GP.

I propose that after we have spent all our time stating the supplier we want, that you use that info to provide us with accurate GPs based on the supplier info.
