Tax jurisdiction

I am based in Ireland, but can only choose tax jurisdictions which relate to a business based in the UK. as a system administrator for a company with several sites we need to be able to set up vendors and be able to determine appropriate vat codes for them based on their jurisdiction in relation to us.

Furthermore I think there is something wrong that fact I need a basic fundamental change to the system can only be considered if is popular and gets enough likes.
