Limiting number of orders to be placed per supplier per day using Order set timer

Many of our chefs place numerous orders through the day with the same supplier. This creates many dockets and causes a headache for everyone.

Is it possible to set a timer each day for an order to be sent out before cutoff time, so a chef can build a basket throughout the day and it is then automatically fired off at this set time. No other orders to be allowed after this preset time.

It would work similar to the standing order, however the basket would not be prepopulated.

So in practice, if the timer is set to send an order to Supplier 'A' at 7:30pm each day, the chef would add to this basket all day long, and then when 7:30pm came along, the order would automatically go out to the supplier. After 7:30, any order placed would be sent out on the following days timer.

We could also limit the spend on each supplier per day.

At the minute, chefs can order as many times, to any value they wish and there is no control here.

Agree to having a timer facility, we also have multiple orders especially as we have multiple mini markets and departments.
