Extra Deposit Setting (Non-DRS)

Hi guys,

We're a company in Ireland. We use the 'Deposit Settings' feature to add DRS tax to our plastic bottle products. This feature is fantastic and we understand that there's only 2 DRS tiers. However, we need a third option that we can name whatever we like and type in a monetary value, rather than a percentage. This could be used for non-drs and non-vat related taxes/deposits such as returnable crate charges etc.
