If new price is declined make product unavailable

Hi guys,

We work as a distributor for suppliers. The cost of the products we supply is constantly changing, as is the case for most distributors/suppliers. Due to this, we have to update the prices on Procure Wizard for customers on weekly basis. However, customers seem to be able to decline the new price and keep on buying it for the old price.

This is obviously problematic because if the customer's old price is cheaper than what the product now costs us to buy from the supplier, it means that we're losing money every time the customer buys that product. There is no point in us selling a product to a customer if it's costing us more than the selling price.

To combat this, a new feature or setting should be made available where until the customer accepts the new price, the product should be greyed out/unavailable to add to the Purchase Order until the new price is accepted.
