Ability to select only between active users, not archived users, when trying to assign a task to a specific user

Ideally it would only show the current user list and not archived users as it is a bit of pain scrolling through them all

Allocate tasks to sites and filter tasks based on criteria/jurisdictions

For example we have some sites that are 24 hours and some that aren't. 24 hour sites have tasks that are relevant to them that aren't relevant to other sites. It would be nice to be able to designate these particular sites as 24 hour to make it ea...

Hide archived users to tidy up 'Users' page

When we're archiving a large number of users, the page starts to get a bit messy at the bottom. If they were hidden but still accessible, it would make it a bit easier.
