Restrict by camera only in Record Log fields and restrict by device for certain tasks

(e.g. can be completed on mobile only)

Ability to restrict media to camera only in Record Log File/Photo Fields

On top of the restriction setting at a task level, we would like to be able to apply the same setting to individual fields added to a Record Log so that users are not able to upload an old file when completing the form.
