Auto-anonymise employees after employment ends.

Could a setting be added to automatically tick the check box on the anonymising employee after 7 years when they have been marked as a leaver. We are currently sending leavers via an API and there is no endpoint for this that we can see.

Allow employees to select specific hours when booking absence on the app

Currently employees can only select Full Day, AM or PM when booking absences on the app. It would be beneficial if they could select specific hours as well, as not all absences requested require the full morning or full afternoon off.
