When viewing reports or data on pages such as Attendance, they should show Totals.

I'm specifically thinking about the Attendance tab where the total number of hours is not shown so you either have to add them up, or go to the contractual obligation report and cross reference them.

Worked Hours is available for employees who log in via the website

Currently Worked Hours are only viewable via the mobile app. An employee should be able to log into the website and view that same information.

Text Export

Please can you provide a text export option as well as csv for downloading employee files in RR. Excel causes issues with bank account details so we are permanantly having to flip between "open with" on a spare csv file to get around this.

Date of birth - remove default date

Please consider the default date of birth as 01/01/1970. If employees skip this step, the DOB detail on their record will be incorrect. If you could have a blank DD/MM/YYYY showing, that would be helpful.
