Ability to move checklist & record log components in the editor

When creating a Task in Trail - would be good to be able to change the order of the Forms. At the moment, we need to start by check-list and then Forms - but maybe I need to have a FORM like first then a checklist style on my new task.

Time slots for actions

Trying to order tasks. To add a time slot to a raised action as it's just the date or date range that can be added once raised at the moment.

Ability to select only between active users, not archived users, when trying to assign a task to a specific user

Ideally it would only show the current user list and not archived users as it is a bit of pain scrolling through them all
