Ability to report on franchise managers alongside area managers (but without moving from one area to another)

We have areas set for our area managers but we also want to group our franchise groups within these areas. Moving a store into a franchise group would then remove them from the area managers group.

Hide archived users to tidy up 'Users' page

When we're archiving a large number of users, the page starts to get a bit messy at the bottom. If they were hidden but still accessible, it would make it a bit easier.
