Guest cancellation reason

Can a cancellation reason box or selection drop down be added to a guest cancellation? This would allow us to capture reasons for guests cancelling particularly auto confirmed bookings where there is little or no direct interaction between team and guest. It would help us understand if there were any improvements we could make to prevent cancellations in the future.

This would also potentially require a place or report to review these reasons. Even if it was a column on the full download from the main enquiry screen if filtered to cancelled booking. If it could should guest cancelled yes/no and then the reason.

    This is super important and should be a compulsory part of the cycle of an enquiry. Labels aren't easy enough to report on and can't be made compulsory.
