allergen run sheet for service with guest names

Is it possible for an allergen/Intolerance sheet (either on individual orders or a full run day) to only show the group name, persons name with their choices and any allergen or dietry requirements. The current drop down option called Kitchen sheet has too much information for the Head Chef to be able to control any requests and it is too large and cumbersome to be of any practicable use.


Our local EHO officers are not happy with the current set up and have advised that it is changed forthwith.

    This stops the chef having to write down all names and allergies of customers on anote pad.

    The run list does not give this in collins
