Help us shape the future of our products by submitting your own ideas and reviewing ideas submitted by other users. If you see an idea you like, feel free to vote it up and add any comments that you feel would be beneficial.
This is a collaborative community, so please join in, contribute your innovative ideas and help our product teams to shape their roadmaps and future product development.

Our teams will review the ideas which have received the most votes on a regular basis, meaning that not all ideas will receive updates. When an idea has received enough votes, the status will be updated to 'Under Review' and then a decision made.

Make hardcoded text in the booking process editable

We would like to be able to edit hardcoded text parts of the booking widget.

Having this flexibility would allow us to tailor the text to sound more in-brand and to also provide additional information to the customer to encourage them to proceed with the booking.

Some areas in particular where we would like to have the ability to edit the text:

  • where it says the venue is full on either the enquiry form or the cross-sell iframe, because the reason a slot is not available to auto-confirm is not always that the venue is full. And it saying 'Sorry...' on the cross-sell iframe may put users off because they think it's not possible to book.

  • at the top of the form where a customer enters their personal details where it says how much the customer needs to pay to secure the booking. It currently doesn't give any context to what the payment is which may put them off proceeding with the booking.
