Revert back to the 24 hour time format for non-USA venues

Please revert to the superior time format rather than using the inferior AM/PM one in non-USA regions. Especially when the rollout has been inconsistent.

Thank you for reaching out. We made a mistake in this update, and sincerely apologise. We understand how frustrating this situation is, and we plan to roll this back to the original 24hr format at 10.30am on Thursday 20th March.

everyone on our bookings team hates this too. spent ages looking for the settings to change it back, before realising it had been changed without notifying or consulting us users

Completely agree with all of these comments - this has caused so much frustration for our users and it should not be a mandatory change at all. This should be able to be set by region if other users really wanted it.

Really poor choice to make this setting mandatory. Thought it was a user error that had changed it, causing so much confusion. Bring back the 24hr clock

Very tone deaf to imagine that inconveniencing the whole of the UK for a bad change that is for American users is acceptable.

Really poor choice to make this setting mandatory. I have three sites using this system and it has caused confusion within the diary setting already, I may have missed it but I can't remember being notified of this change. I thought it was a user mistake that had changed it wasted time trying to fix it in site settings.

Please reintroduce 24 hour clock as an option

This should be an option, not mandatory. It's rather confusing after all this time.

Surely this doesn't even fit the purpose for US users? Having to type 16 and then select 04:pm ? Also do they have a 0 before the single digits. This is one of the worst updates I've seen and the fact DMN have rolled out another feature full of glitches and without testing is shocking

The 24hr to 12hr time format change is and will create a myriad of issues; both for customers and businesses doing internal reporting which is fundamental to the success of the businesses that use Collins. Lack of comms on the change was disappointing, it looks messy, bookings are showing at 1.15am or 5am due to glitches in the rollout, usage of the system is slowed due to shortcuts no longer working and CSV downloads for detailed reporting are now inaccurate.

option to choose 24 hour clock over am/ pm - it is not ideal for our business to have am/pm as a non usa company

Option to go back to a 24 hour clock. Appreciate some countries/sites may like the 12 hour options but it's causing problems for our small site and would prefer there being an option to choose which clock you prefer. thanks.
