Google Tag Manager tracking through Rezconrol integration

We use Collins table bookings API to integrate with our booking engine, Rezcontrol. We track each site’s clicks to the booking engine using Google tags but how can we track the Collins table bookings made during the room booking journey? Can the Google tag be fed to Collins API as a parameter during the process? Many thanks,
