Add a flag in Collins settings to indicate which hours/payments are off-peak (aka cheaper)

What is the idea?

To have the ability in the API to see which are the cheaper slots so that we can display UI to customers to indicate to them which are the off-peak and therefore cheaper slots

What is the problem that you are looking to solve?

Better communication of what slots are what prices during our booking process to help encourage customers to book off-peak slots

Why would this idea be useful?

To make the user journey clearer for customers when they are trying to book after midnight. To reduce complaints from customers who book the wrong day. The flag could potentially also indicate other benefits that could encourage customers to book (E.g. if there is a drinks promotion appearing at a particular time)

Which users would be impacted by this idea?

Any Collins customers that have different pricing depending on day/time who want to increase the number of off-peak bookings they get.
