Apply to booking type (limit arrivals)

When you set limit arrivals for each booking type, the booking types don't talk to each other and know what each other has booked.

As an example, if we were to use the cover limits within the booking types for indoor and outdoor dining, then we would essentially have to split our cover limits 50/50 between indoor and outdoor dining. If it was forecast to be bad weather, no one would book outside and our indoor covers would be capped at 80 for example because of the cover limit set, when in fact, if we were turning tables we could seat around 160.

If there was a drop down in overall cover limits where you could select booking types to apply limits to, then this would resolve the issue we have.
