New + improved Livewait

We want to have the ability to use livewait even when the restaurant isn't full.


For example the kitchen might be rammed with checks and they can't take on any more orders, but we have tables free. We want to be able to tell a guest to come back in 20/30 minutes, but right now we don't have that functionality. We want to be able to stagger service in a way that benefits both staff and guests.


We previously used DOJO if you would like to do some research into this function. It would be helpful to start a queue without it being linked to the diary, we would just take name, number and give them an estimated wait time.
