Overriding Closed Areas

We have a restaurant which is closed on Mondays and Tuesdays but there is a special event on one particular Tuesday so I want to override the 'close areas' so that it is open and not grayed out only on the one specific Tuesday. I want it grayed out on every other Tuesday to avoid human error of taking manual bookings over the phone thinking that it's open.
