Customisable cancellation button

We currently have the customer cancel button disabled in email correspondence because we do not want customer to be able to cancel their booking if within a certain time frame before the booking. It would be good if the Cancel booking button tick box in emails and texts in the back office was customisable for example 1-8 Guests could cancel up to 24 hours before. 9-15 Guests could cancel up to 72 hours before.
