Automated Texts from Site Name

Like the manual text messages, the automated texting with Collins Call and LiveWait will be from the venue/site name rather than a random number. This helps not onluy with brand visibility, but also stops the guest from mistaking the number as the venue contact numner and saving it to contact again in the future.

    Some of the SMS functionality in Collins is sent from a dedicated mobile phone number. This ensures that the recipient is able to respond to the message and take advantage of the full range of functionality, for example replying to an Auto Double Confirm message stating that they will or will not be attending their booking.

    Unfortunately users can't reply to messages sent from an alphanumeric sender ID, such as the Site Name.
