customer retention report

Hi , I was asked to send my idea here so my Question is, Why don't we get a report that gives the Customer retention rate. Basically we can identify the repeat customers either by their email address or Phone number used for the booking that can help us generate a customer retention rate.

This will help both Collins and the businesses.
