"Plan your Visit" automated email sent to customer prior to booking

We would like an automated email generated called "Plan your Visit", which is sent to customers prior to their booking. The email (message) will contain informtion on the facilities our casino has to offer. This will include Parking, Gaming Tables, Slots & ER Jackpots, Dress Code, Membership requirements, restaurant facilities etc. I think this will be useful for all Grosvenor Casinos. If we could have this set up, so it's similar to the confirmation email, which is sent automatically then the customer can be prepared and familar prior to visiting our venue.
