Collins - Add pre-order details to Collins "Bookings" API

Pre-order details are not currently available via the Collins "Bookings" API request, and can only be obtained via the Design My Night "Bookings Search" API request.

The Design My Night endpoint has been deprecated, and the pre-order details therefore need migrating to the Collins endpoint in order for this functionality to still be available.

    Pre-order details can be received within the Collins API Get bookings Payload following inclusion of the parameter include_preorders=true in the request.
