User selections within custom field assigned to a label Merged

Operators can create custom fields eg. 'do you need a high chair?'
The guest can select 'yes' which populates in the booking notes section within Collins.

This idea is to be able to assign a custom field response to a booking label 'eg. label = highchair'.
