    Great news — we've been busy improving the email notifications sent from CPL, and progress is well underway!

    Based on this idea, our updates now include a more personalised and detailed description within each notification, along with a direct link to the CPL login page so you can get straight to what matters without any extra steps.

    The following notifications have already been updated:
    ✅ Checklists
    ✅ Appraisals
    ✅ Courses
    ✅ Coffee Chats

    We're continuing to roll out these improvements across the remaining notifications over the coming weeks. Thank you for raising this — your feedback is directly shaping a better experience for everyone using CPL.
