My team appraisals- to show how many appraisals are allocated not just the ones that are in Awaiting Manager

Currently, managers are not able to see the appraisals of their descendants unless the appraisal is in Awaiting Manager status. This can be confusing, as it appears that no appraisal exists for that employee.

It would be less confusing and more intuitive if managers could see the total number of appraisals allocated to each employee, regardless of the current appraisal status.

There are existing examples of this behaviour in the bugs that have already been raised, which could be used as a reference.
