Rota Sorting

I would like to be able to sort rotas by reporting structure. So General Manager, then Assistant Manager, then Supervisors and then Baristas. From here if there is more than one person in a position the one at the top should be the one with the highest contract hours. This will make the process of making rotas easier as all the people doing more hours will be at the top and the people in the same positions will be together. This will make it easier to ensure there are 2 people on opens and closes etc.
