Working Pattern- Visibility of Holiday Hours Deduction for Employees

Hi Support,

Currently, we are setting specific working pattern for employees who work variable hours per day under a fixed contract. However, when employees book holiday, they are unable to see how many hours the system is deducting based on the days they select. On the other hand, managers receive notifications with details on the days and hours accrued.

I was wondering if Access could implement the same functionality for employees as well, so they can see exactly how many hours will be deducted based on the days they are choosing for their holiday.
