Remove requirement to approve missed clockings

We have recently introduced working time recording on PeopleXD for 1,450 staff. If a staff member forgets to register their time they are required to submit a missed clocking which requires approval by the manager on the system. Feedback from the working group, staff, management and union engagement is that there should not be a requirement to approve a missed clocking. The business are happy to accept this change but the system does not allow it. Request for the requirement to approve a missed clocking be removed as a first preference. If this is not possible, request to change wording on software from 'Approve' to 'Accept' missed clocking.
