Enhanced Employee Search: Preferred Forename

Upgrade the search feature located at the top right of the screen to include the ability to search for employees by their preferred forename and/or last name. This enhancement aims to streamline and expedite the process of finding employee profiles, as most individuals are commonly known by their preferred names in everyday work interactions. The search results should display both the legal name and the preferred name for each employee, ensuring that managers and users can easily recognise and navigate to the relevant profiles without the need to recall legal names. This improvement aims to enhance user experience, optimise workflow efficiency, and facilitate quick access to employee information within the system.
