Add EPOS Site Id to Section Screen

Currently, the process of adding new sites or updating existing ones in Access EPOS requires the initiation of a support ticket to update the corresponding Ids in Access People, ensuring the seamless flow of revenue data. To enhance operational efficiency and grant more autonomy to your users, we propose the implementation of a self-management feature. This enhancement would empower users to independently update the necessary Ids as and when needed, reducing dependency on support tickets and streamlining the workflow.
