Contract Pay Type Settings for Projected Leave Booking

Introduce segmented settings based on paid by types, allowing for projected leave booking. This feature would enable specific users to request leave beyond their accrued allowances, depending on their specific contract arrangements, such as salaried, hourly and shift based roles.

By implementing this change, we will be able to streamline the leave management process, ensure fairness in leave policies, and empower both employees and administrators to better manage time off, ultimately contributing to improved organizational efficiency and employee satisfaction.
