Review and Correction of New Starter Data

To address the issue of incorrect new starter data being entered during the onboarding stage, we propose an enhancement that allows for the generation and distribution of a PDF copy of an employee's record. This PDF can be downloaded or sent directly to the employee, providing them with their data for review. Employees can then verify their information and correct any inaccuracies. This process not only supports access data requests but also ensures that employee records are accurate from the start, reducing errors and improving data integrity.
