Create emails in the system and bulk send to selected sections, post or employees

This idea would be to allow the creation of an email through text input in the HR system and then similar to the bulk mail merge functionality, be able to select the desired recipient through the organisation selector.

It would be ideal to allow for the entry of:
Subject
Message/Email Body
Email Sent From (or to use the global Email From Address setting value)
Allow attachments to be uploaded

This would benefit users by allowing emails to be sent directly to the required employees through section, subsection, post or employee selection and not require the user to run reports to obtain all of the required email addresses to send within an email client.

    Thanks for your idea!
    It would be good to understand why the recently released Bulk Mail Merge feature doesn't already meet this requirement. Within bulk mail merge you have the ability to write subject, body and attachments with the exception of entering an Email From address this should meet the remaining requirements.
