Improved Absence auditing

This request is two parts. The first is to have the approver and approved date (also rejection date where applicable) shown as read only fields within an approved absence on the absence screen when clicking into the record.
The header could display this detail as text or the approved flag looks to be clickable so could be used to display this information as a popup window display.

The second part is to add absence specific details in the Audit Log area to make it clearer which absence record the audit of changes link to. Currently the system shows that an absence has been added or that an absence has been approved, who by and the time and date this happened but its not easy as it could be to identify which absence record this relates to. This would be the same for any Absence add or update records in the audit log.
